基于多传感器监控的沥青搅拌站智能控制系统

摘要 沥青搅拌站作为一种大型成套工程设备,在砂石、沥青等原材料输送和加工过程中,可能存在各种安全控制隐患。对此,设计了基于多传感器监控的沥青搅拌站智能控制系统。在设计中,结合物联网多传感器监控技术,实现了沥青混凝土生产关键节点的状态监控与安全监控。同时引入安全链路模式,对原料输送、称量搅拌、成品料存储、安全维修等各个环节实现系统状态监控,进而最终实现沥青搅拌站的智能控制。 As a large-scale complete set of engineering equipment,the asphalt mixing plant may has various safety control hazards during the transportation and processing of raw materials such as sand,gravel and asphalt.In this regard,an intelligent control system for asphalt mixing plant based on multi-sensor monitoring was designed.In the design,combined with the multi-sensor monitoring technology of the Internet of Things,the status monitoring and safety monitoring of the key node of asphalt concrete production were realized.At the same time,the safety link mode was introduced to realize the system status monitoring of various links such as raw material transportation,weighing and mixing,finished material storage,and safety maintenance,and finally realize the intelligent control of asphalt mixing plant.
