摘要 针对混凝土搅拌站工作现场环境恶劣,采样信号干扰大、精度低的问题,以高性能单片机C8051F040为核心,设计了用AD620采样放大、CAN总线通信的搅拌站控制系统,采用了最小二乘算法辨识出了精确的系统模型,并对系统误差进行了校正,以少量的程序代码实现了最小二乘算法。测试结果表明,系统性能可靠,精度高,尤其适合于复杂的强电磁干扰环境的混凝土搅拌站的实时控制。 Focus on the problem of sample signal disturbances and low precision for concrete mixing plant, based on high performance microcontroller C8051F040, a mixing plant control system with AD620 to amplify the signal and communicate with CAN bus is designed. Least-squares algorithm is used to identify the precise system model and correct errors, and this algorithm is realized by a few MCU codes. Test results verify the reliable performances and high precision of the system, and demonstrate that it is especially suitable for real-time monitoring concrete mixing plant in complex environment of strong electromagnetic interferences.
