摘要
新兴人类增强技术的作用对象是人类自身,这就导致了技术主体与客体的重叠、技术目的与手段的交叉、技术设计与评价的纠结,引发了生物身份设计、社会公正设计、人类自主性设计的伦理问题。新兴人类增强技术的设计伦理,需要遵循“以人为本”“维护公平正义”“和谐共生”“考虑周全”和“责任前置”的伦理原则,充分考虑其对人的生命健康、社会公正和全面发展的潜在影响,避免出现不可逆的消极后果。为了保证设计伦理在新兴人类增强技术中应用的实践有效性,需要加强对新兴人类增强技术设计的风险评估、社会监督和伦理教育。
The object of emerging human enhancement technology is human itself,which leads to the overlapping of technical subject and object,the intersection of technological purpose and means,the entanglement of technical design and evaluation,and causes ethical problems in biological identity design,social justice design,and human autonomy design.Emerging human enhancement technology design ethics should follow the ethical principles of"people-oriented","fairness and justice","harmonious coexistence","thoughtful"and"responsibility preposition".It needs to take full account of its potential influence on people's life and health,fair and comprehensive social development,to avoid irreversible negative consequences.In order to ensure the practical effectiveness in application,it is necessary to strengthen the risk assessment,social supervision and ethical education of its technical design.
