摘要
为了实现脱磷钢渣中P2O5的选择性浸出,研究了不同Fe_(2)O_(3)质量分数的脱磷钢渣在不同pH值下的浸出行为.研究结果表明:提高渣中Fe_(2)O_(3)质量分数有利于促进P_(2)O_(5)在固溶体中的富集,并且能促进磷的浸出和抑制铁的浸出;脱磷钢渣中磷的浸出率远高于铁.随着pH值的降低,磷和铁的浸出率都升高;在pH=5时,高Fe_(2)O_(3)质量分数的脱磷钢渣中磷的浸出率达到85.8%,而铁的浸出率只有2.8%,实现了磷和铁的有效分离;酸浸后的残渣C中Fe_(2)O_(3)质量分数高达59.1%,而P质量分数仅为0.29%,且含有Ca和Mg等有益元素,可以作为炼铁原料或烧结配料再利用.
To achieve selective leaching of P_(2)O_(5),the dissolution behavior of dephosphorization slags with various Fe_(2)O_(3) contents was investigated under different pH conditions in this study.The experiment results showed that increasing Fe_(2)O_(3) content was beneficial for the enrichment of P_(2)O_(5) in the solid solution,promoting the dissolution of P and suppressing the dissolution of Fe.The P dissolution ratio from slag was far higher than that of Fe in each case.As the pH decreased,the dissolution ratios of P and Fe increased.At pH=5,the P dissolution ratio from slag with high Fe_(2)O_(3) content reached 85.8%,while that of Fe was only 2.8%,achieving effective separation of P and Fe.After acid leaching,the content of Fe_(2)O_(3) reached 59.1%while that of P was only 0.29%in the residue C,and it also contained other useful elements Ca and Mg,which could be recycled as ironmaking raw materials or sintering ingredients.
