摘要
介绍了目前转炉钢渣磷富集的技术与研究现状及主要存在的问题,在对钢渣中磷的赋存状态分析的基础上,以回收高品位磷资源为主要目的,提出通过对转炉钢渣进行熔融改质处理,实现钢渣中磷的充分富集,促进形成高品位大结晶的富磷相。本研究对促进企业节能减排和冶金废渣高效综合利用等具有重要意义。
The technology and research of converter steel slag dephosphorization and the existing problems are introduced. On the purpose of recycle high-grade phosphorus resource, melting upgrading treatment of converter steel slag in order to achieve the full enrichment of phosphorus in slag and promote the formation of large high-grade phosphate-rich crystalline phase is discussed based on the analysis of phosphorus occurrence. The method is of great significance to the promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction as well as the efficient and comprehensive utilization of metallurgical slag.
