摘要
目的:探讨下肢血管超声检查在诊断糖尿病足及评估该病患者预后中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年5月至2020年5月期间贵州省贵阳市云岩区第二人民医院收治的80例糖尿病患者为研究对象,依据其是否并发糖尿病足将其分为糖尿病足组和非糖尿病足组。对两组患者均进行下肢血管超声检查,对比其足背动脉相关的参数。对糖尿病足组患者进行治疗,按照其治疗效果将其分为显效组、有效组和无效组,对比对不同治疗效果的患者进行下肢血管超声检查的结果。结果:对糖尿病足组和非糖尿病足组患者进行下肢血管超声检查的结果显示,糖尿病足组患者足背动脉管腔的内径较小,其足背动脉收缩期峰值流速较慢,其足背动脉阻力指数及搏动指数均较低,P<0.05。糖尿病足组患者中,显效组患者左侧与右侧足背动脉管腔的内径均大于有效组与无效组患者,其下肢动脉的狭窄率低于有效组与无效组患者,P<0.05。结论:下肢血管超声检查在诊断糖尿病足及评估该病患者预后方面均有较高的应用价值。
Objective:To explore the application value of lower extremity vascular ultrasonography in diagnosing diabetic foot and evaluating the prognosis of patients with diabetic foot.Methods:A total of 80 diabetic patients admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Yunyan District,Guiyang city,Guizhou Province from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into diabetic foot group and non-diabetic foot group according to whether they were complicated with diabetic foot.Lower extremity vascular ultrasonography was performed in both groups,and parameters related to dorsal foot artery were compared.The diabetic foot group was treated and divided into effective group,effective group and ineffective group according to its therapeutic effect.The results of lower extremity vascular ultrasound examination for patients with different therapeutic effects were compared.Results:The results of lower extremity vascular ultrasound examination in diabetic and nondiabetic foot group showed that the diameter of lumen of dorsal foot artery in diabetic foot group was smaller,the peak systolic flow rate of dorsal foot artery was slower,and the resistance index and pulse index of dorsal foot artery were lower,P<0.05.In diabetic foot group,the inner diameter of left and right dorsal foot artery lumen in the effective group was larger than that in the effective group and invalid group,and the stenosis rate of lower limb artery was lower than that in the effective group and invalid group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Lower extremity vascular ultrasonography has high application value in diagnosing diabetic foot and evaluating the prognosis of patients with diabetic foot.
