摘要
新冠肺炎疫情是一次全国乃至全世界范围内的非预期性的公共卫生事件。现主要分析了新冠肺炎疫情对旅游景区的影响及发展机遇,并提出建立景区“旅游云诊所”服务模式、创新发展“3H3E”旅游产品、推广“旅游+优惠+服务”营销模式等旅游景区应对新冠肺炎疫情的对策,以期对旅游景区恢复重启起到一定的推动作用和借鉴意义。
