摘要
目的探究心力衰竭患者实施心理护理的临床效果。方法选取抚顺市第三医院收治的57例心力衰竭患者作为本次研究对象,均在2020年10月至2021年10月入院。分为两组,28例给予常规护理的患者,将其归类为对照组;29例给予心理护理的患者,将其归类为观察组;对比两组护理干预的效果。结果①护理后,观察组患者在左心室射血分数、B型钠尿肽、6分钟步行试验等心功能指标的改善方面均比对照组更优(P<0.05)。②护理后,观察组(4例,占13.79%)患者的并发症发生率明显比对照组(12例,占42.86%)更低(P<0.05)。③护理后,观察组患者的焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪、疼痛、睡眠质量等改善效果明显比对照组更优(P<0.05)。④护理后,观察组患者的生活质量得到明显的恢复,且恢复质量与对照组相比明显更具优势(P<0.05)。⑤观察组(27例,占93.10%)护理之后的满意度明显比对照组(22例,占78.57%)更为理想(P<0.05)。结论在心力衰竭患者中开展心理护理干预能够稳定患者心理情绪,改善心功能,降低并发症,减少对患者机体产生损害,改善患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,减轻疼痛并提高睡眠质量和生活质量,能有效提高患者对护理的满意度,值得推荐。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of psychological care for patients with heart failure.Methods Fifty-seven heart failure patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were all admitted from October 2020 to October 2021.Divided into two groups,28 patients who were given routine care were classified as the control group;29 patients who were given psychological care were classified as the observation group;the effects of the two groups of nursing intervention were compared.Results(1)After nursing,the observation group of patients were better than the control group in terms of left ventricular ejection fraction,B-type natriuretic peptide,6-minute walk test and other cardiac function indicators(P<0.05).(2)After nursing,the incidence of complications in the observation group(4 cases,accounting for 13.79%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(12 cases,accounting for 42.86%)(P<0.05).(3)After nursing,the effect of improving anxiety,depression,pain,and sleep quality in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)After nursing,the observation group the quality of life of the patients was significantly restored,and the quality of recovery was significantly more superior than that of the control group(P<0.05).(5)The observation group(27 cases,accounting for 93.10%)was satisfied after nursing the degree was significantly better than the control group(22 cases,accounting for 78.57%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out psychological nursing intervention in patients with heart failure can stabilize the patient's psychological mood,improve heart function,reduce complications,damage to the patient's body,improve patient anxiety and depression,reduce pain,and improve sleep quality and quality of life.It can effectively improve patients'satisfaction with nursing and is worth recommending.
