摘要
喷涂机器人整车轨迹离线编程仿真技术可以有效提高在线调试的效率,缩短在线调试时间。结合在某汽车公司新增车型项目的喷涂轨迹程序编制及调试中的应用经验,以某车型外喷轨迹为例,介绍了喷涂机器人工作站,从Robotstudio工作站的搭建、离线编程、离线仿真、节拍验证4个方面对整车外喷轨迹离线编程仿真技术进行论述。
The offline programming simulation technology of vehicle trajectories of spraying robots can effectively improve the efficiency of online debugging and shorten the time of online debugging.In combination with the spraying trajectory programming of a car company’s new model project and application experience in debugging,with the outside spray trajectory of a model as an example,this paper introduces spraying robot workstations and discusses offline programming simulation technology for outside spray trajectories of vehicles from four aspects:Robotstudio workstation establishment,offline programming,offline simulation and beat validation.
