摘要
心血管疾病是心脏和血管方面相关的疾病,包括高血压、高脂血症、血栓栓塞、冠心病和心力衰竭等。心血管疾病严重危害人类健康,是全球范围内造成死亡的最主要原因。维护心血管系统健康的关键因素是对疾病的预防。植物精油及其部分成分能舒张血管、降血压、抗心肌缺血、预防和改善动脉粥样硬化、抗血小板聚集以及抗心律失常,从而对心血管系统具有保护作用。植物精油有益于人体的心血管系统,但需要更多的临床研究和安全性研究的证据。
Cardiovascular diseases are a group of disorders of heart and blood vessels,and include hypertension,hyperlipidemia,thromboembolism,coronary artery disease and heart failure.Cardiovascular diseases are a serious threat to human health and a leading cause of mortality worldwide.The key to a healthy cardiovascular system is the prevention of illness.Essential oils and some of components are able to significantly promote the cardiovascular system and can lead to vasorelaxation,hypotension,prevention and improvement of atherosclerosis,anti-platelet aggregation and anti-arrhythmia.Essential oils are beneficial to the cardiovascular system,but more evidence from clinical trials is necessary to confirm these results in humans.
