摘要
目的观察中药配方精油对D-半乳糖致小鼠衰老的影响。方法采用D-半乳糖造衰老模型,除空白对照组外,其余各组每日颈背部皮下注射5%D-半乳糖生理盐水液0. 5ml/20g(1. 25g/kg),空白对照组注射同剂量的生理盐水0. 5ml/20g,连续给D-半乳糖42天,各给药组小鼠背部皮肤取范围为2cm×2cm,先用15%硫化钠脱毛,再涂抹药物适量,以能完全覆盖脱毛区域的皮肤为度,每日一次,每次持续30min,连续42天。结果与衰老模型组比较,中药配方精油大剂量组小鼠皮肤组织中HYP含量、SOD活力显著增高(P <0. 01),MDA含量显著降低(P <0. 01);中药配方精油小剂量组小鼠皮肤组织中HYP含量显著增高(P <0. 01),SOD活力明显增高(P <0. 05),MDA含量明显降低(P <0. 05)。结论中药配方精油能明显提高小鼠皮肤组织中HYP含量、SOD活力,并降低MDA含量,说明中药配方精油具有延缓小鼠皮肤衰老的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine essential oil on D -galactose induced aging in mice. Methods Aging model was induced by D -galactose,in addition to the blank control group,the other groups are subcutaneously injected with 5%D -galactose saline 0.5mL/20g (1.25g/kg)daily,42consecutive days.The skin range of the mice in each administration group is 2cm×2cm,hair removal with 15%sodium sulfide,then smear the appropriate amount:of the drug to cover the skin of the depilation area completely,once a day,it lasts 30minutes each time,42consecutive days.Results Compared with aging model group,the contents of HYP and SOD in the skin tissue of the high dose group were significantly increased (P <0.01),and the content of MDA was significantly decreased (P <0.01);The content of HYP in skin tissue of small dose group was significantly higher than that of small dose group (P <0.01),the activity of SOD increased significantly (P <0.05)and the content of MDA decreased (P <0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal formula essential oil can significantly increase the content of HYP,SOD activity and decrease the content of MDA in mouse skin,it shows that the essential oil of Chinese medicine can delay the skin aging of mice.
