不同植物中类胡萝卜素的提取和含量比较

摘要 目的为了更好地研究植物中类胡萝卜素的含量提取,通过比较红花、五味子、昆仑雪菊、金丝黄菊、胎菊、杭菊、黄菊7种试样材料的类胡萝卜素含量,确定类胡萝卜素最佳提取剂及其提取方法。方法对红花、五味子、昆仑雪菊、金丝黄菊、胎菊、杭菊、黄菊7种试样,通过固定溶剂,比较微波法、超声法及水浴提取法提取各试样中总类胡萝卜素含量来确定其最佳提取方法。结果选蒸馏水为提取溶剂,料液比1∶25(g/ml),微波提取为最佳提取手段,微波温度设定为中火,提取时间为1~2 min。7种试样中总类胡萝卜素提取含量大小依次为红花>昆仑雪菊>五味子>金丝皇菊>胎菊>黄菊花>杭菊。以丙酮为提取溶剂,37℃超声提取20 min,料液比1∶25(g/ml),7种试样中总类胡萝卜素提取含量大小依次为红花>黄菊花>昆仑雪菊>胎菊>金丝皇菊>五味子>杭菊。结论选择的溶剂不当以及提取方法的不当将引起试样中类胡萝卜素的提取误差。 Objective To study medicine better in the content of carotenoid extraction,through the comparison of safflower,Fructus Schisandrae,Kunlun chrysanthemum,golden chrysanthemum,Chrysanthemum morifolium,fetal Huang Ju and Huang Ju seven sample material carotenoid content,determine the best extraction of carotenoids and pigment extraction method.Methods Seven samples of safflower,Schisandra,Kunlun snow chrysanthemum,golden silk,chrysanthemum,chrysanthemum,chrysanthemum,and Huang Ju were used to determine the best extraction methods of carotenoids from each sample by microwave,ultrasonic and traditional extraction methods.Results The extraction solvent was distilled water and microwave extraction was the best extraction method.The ratio of material to liquid was at 1∶25(g/ml).The microwave extraction temperature was set as medium fire and the extraction time was 1 min-2 min.The total carotenoids extracted from the seven samples were as follows:safflower,Kunlun snow chrysanthemum,Schisandra chinensis,Golden chrysanthemum,chrysanthemum,chrysanthemum,chrysanthemum,chrysanthemum.With acetone as the extraction solvent,20 min was extracted by ultrasonic at 37,and the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶25(g/ml).The contents of the total carotenoids in the seven samples were as follows:red flower,chrysanthemum,chrysanthemum,chrysanthemum,chrysanthemum,Schisandra,chrysanthemum.Conclusion The improper solvent and the improper extraction method will lead to the extraction error of carotenoids in the samples.
