摘要
目的建立筋骨伤喷雾剂(赤胫散、淫羊藿、赤芍等)HPLC指纹图谱,并测定没食子酸、没食子酸乙酯、芍药苷、鞣花酸、山柰苷、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷含量。方法该药物滤液的分析采用ACE C;-AR色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长230、254、270 nm。结果 14批样品指纹图谱中有36个共有峰,相似度均大于0.916。8种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 6),平均加样回收率93.37%~106.61%,RSD 0.46%~2.83%。结论该方法准确、简便、快速,可用于筋骨伤喷雾剂的质量控制。
AIM To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Jingushang Spray[Persicaria runcinata var. sinensis(Hemsl.) B. Li, Epimedii Folium, Paeoniae Radix Rubra, etc.] and to determine the contents of gallic acid, ethyl gallate, paeoniflorin, ellagic acid, kaempferin, epimedin B, epimedin C and icariin.METHODS The analysis of filtrate of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic ACE C;-AR column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelengths were set at 230, 254, 270 nm.RESULTS There were thirty-six common peaks in the fingerprints of fourteen batches of samples with the similarities of more than 0.916. Eight constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.999 6), whose average recoveries were 93.37%-106.61% with the RSDs of 0.46%-2.83%.CONCLUSION This accurate, simple and rapid method can be used for the quality control of Jingushang Spray.
