摘要 采用聚酰胺柱层析的方法,从江西宁都辣蓼中分离得到5个黄酮类化合物:金丝桃苷、芦丁、斛皮素、异鼠李素、山萘酚,其中异鼠李素为首次从辣蓼中分离得到。采用超临界CO2技术萃取辣蓼叶中的挥发油,并用GC-MS联用方法对挥发油的化学成分进行了分离和鉴定,鉴定组分占挥发油总量的80.66%。 Five flavonoid compounds were isolated from Polygonum hydropiper Linn. by polyamide chromatography and their structures were determined as follows: hyperin, rutin, quercetin, isorhamnetin and kaempferol. Isorhamnetin was first obtained from this plant. Volatile oil in leaves of P. hydropiper Linn. was extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide, and their chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. The amount of identified constituents was over 80.66% of the volatile oil.
