摘要
临床上许多疾病的发生、发展与预后都与胃肠黏膜屏障损伤有关,机体在应激状态下,胃肠黏膜屏障功能破坏,细菌、内毒素易位入血,形成肠源性感染,引起全身炎症反应(SIRS),最终引发多器官功能障碍综合症(MODS)。肠道黏膜屏障主要由四部分组成:即肠道黏膜的机械屏障、化学屏障、生物屏障和免疫屏障。中药大黄具有通里攻下、清热解毒、活血化瘀的功用,发挥着多环节、多靶点的作用。已有研究表明:大黄对胃肠黏膜屏障各层结构均有明显保护作用,本文现将胃肠黏膜屏障损伤发生机制和大黄防治机理作一综述。
In clinics many diseases'occurrence,development and prognosis are related to gastrointestinal mucosal barrier barrier injury.When the body is in the stress state,the gastrointestinal mucosal barrier is damaged.Bacteria and endotoxin that can develop enterogenic infection change into the blood,then cause systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS) and ultimately lead to multi organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) . Gastrointestinal mucosal barrier mucosa barrier mainly consisted of four components:mechanical barrier,chemical barrier,biological barrier and immune barrier.Rhubarb of traditional Chinese medicine act effects through multiple links and targets by purging,heat-clearing,detoxicating and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis. Some studies have shown that rhubarb could obviously protect all layers of gastrointestinal mucosal barrier barrier.This paper will review the mechanism how gastrointestinal mucosal barrier is injured and how rhubarb prevent and cure this injury.
