摘要
正确认识和全面把握习近平总书记关于新时代党的民族工作的重要论述,是做好新时代民族干部工作、不断提升民族干部队伍建设水平的前提条件。习近平总书记围绕民族干部工作的战略地位、特别要求、干部教育、队伍建设作出的系统深入全面的论述,是建设忠诚干净担当的新时代民族干部队伍的理论指南。可从时代维度、使命维度、实践维度、能力维度深刻领会新时代党对做好民族干部工作的新要求,即党的民族干部教育观是不断深化与发展的过程,民族干部工作是一项事关党的民族工作大局的关键任务,是民族地区巩固脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的客观要求,是提高民族干部民族事务治理能力和水平的迫切需要,是新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要保障。
A correct understanding and a comprehensive grasp of General Secretary XiJinping's important exposition on the Party's ethnic work in the new era are a prerequisite for doing a good job in the work of ethnic cadres and continuously improving ethnic cadre team building.General Secretary Xi Jinping's systematic,in-depth,and comprehensive discussion on the strategic position,special requirements,cadre education,and team building of the work of ethnic cadres is a theoretical guide for building a loyal,clean,and responsible team of ethnic cadres in the new era.We can deeply understand the new requirements of the Party for the work of ethnic cadres in the new era from the dimension of times,mission,practice,and ability.This paper argues that the Party's ethnic cadre education concept is a process of continuous deepening and development,that the work of ethnic cadres is a key task related to the overall situation of the Party's ethnic work,an objective requirement for the consolidation of poverty alleviation in ethnic areas and the effective connection of rural revitalization,an urgent need to improve the ability and level of governance of ethnic cadres in ethnic affairs,and an important guarantee for the creation of a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in the new era.
