摘要
本文利用西门子1200 PLC和MCGS组态软件,结合水质传感器、电导率传感器、串行通信技术、以太网技术实现了换流站调相机循环冷却水的在线监测。系统能够实时监测循环冷却水的PH值、溶解氧、浊度、余氯、电导率等各种参数,同时具备缺水、加药、排水等各种报警功能。
The online monitoring system of circulating cooling water in Synchronous condenser is proposed in this paper by using Siemens 1200PLC,MCGS configuration software,water quality sensor,conductivity sensor,serial communication technology and Ethernet technalogy.The system can monitor all kinds of parameters such as pH,dissolved oxygen,turbidity,residual chlorine,electrical conductivity and so on.It also has all kinds of alarm functions,such as water shortage,dosing and drainage.
