摘要
针对农林生物质发电盈利能力弱、运营不理想的问题,构建发电厂和中间商所构成的农林生物质发电供应链序贯博弈模型,求解了分散式决策与集中式决策下的变量值.研究表明:(1)集中式决策下,中间商农林生物质收集量和供应链总收益优于分散式决策,通过Shapley值法可以对该二级供应链进行协调.(2)政府补贴、生物质密度是供应链的关键影响因素;补贴退坡、生物质密度降低对农林生物质发电供应链产生负面影响,但可以通过供应链协调在一定程度上减弱.
Aiming at the problems of weak profitability and unsatisfactory operation of agricultural and forestry biomass power generation,this paper constructs a dynamic game model of agricultural and forestry biomass power generation supply chain composed of power plants and middleman,and solves the variable values under decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making.The results show that:(1)Under centralized decision-making,middleman’s agricultural and forestry biomass collection and total revenue of supply chain are always better than decentralized decision-making.Through Shapley value method,the secondary supply chain can be coordinated.(2)Government subsidy and biomass density are the key factors of the supply chain;Subsidy declining and biomass density decreasing have a negative impact on the supply chain of agricultural and forestry biomass power generation,but it can be weakened to a certain extent through coordination.
