摘要
针对北京市地质灾害长期高发态势,开展山区地质灾害高精细监测调查,提升预报预警能力和防治水平是关键任务。利用倾斜航空摄影测量技术,开展地质灾害隐患点的实景三维建模,结合地质调查、解译,建立了三维管理平台。基于实景三维模型数据开展的高精细地质灾害调查可以直观判读灾害构成,三维管理平台使得地质灾害调查全面向信息化、系统化发展。本文技术应用不仅能夯实地质灾害防治基础,也能为职能部门提供决策支持。
In view of the long-term high incidence of geological disasters in Beijing,it is a key task to carry out high-precision monitoring and investigation of geological disasters in mountainous areas,improve the ability of prediction and early warning and the level of prevention and control.In this paper,the tilt aerial photogrammetry technology was applied to carry out the real three-dimensional modeling of hidden points of geological disasters.Combined with geological survey and interpretation,a three-dimensional management platform was established.The high-precision geological hazard survey based on the real three-dimensional model data could intuitively interpret the disaster composition.The three-dimensional management platform makes the geological hazard survey develop towards informatization and systematization.The application of this technology could not only consolidate the foundation of geological disaster prevention and control,but also could provide decision support for functional departments.
