摘要
随着智慧城市建设的不断推进,3D GIS技术在多维城市数据采集、显示、管理和分析中得到了广泛应用,并逐渐向灾害防治等其他领域扩展。而对于该项技术的突破,测量数据的采集与处理尤为重要。研究利用无人机摄影技术采集3D GIS所需的数据信息,并通过建层分块、快速引导方法对影像信息进行预处理;再利用相似性系数和随机抽样一致算法改进SIFT算法,最后对改进后的SIFT算法及摄影系统进行了应用效果的验证。结果表明,改进后的SIFT算法在某区域内的影像匹配准确率最高为98.3%,并且所需时间仅为17 s。在进行3D GIS数据采集与处理的实际验证中,其准确率为97%,数据采集和处理时间分别为22 s和48 s,具有较高的运行效率和准确率,为3D GIS技术的进一步完善和推广提供了方法参考。
With the continuous promotion of smart city construction,3D GIS technology has been widely used in multidimensional urban data collection,display,management and analysis,and gradually expanded to other fields such as disaster prevention.For the breakthrough of this technology,the collection and processing of measurement data is particularly important.The research adopts UAV photography technology to collect the data information required by 3D GIS,and preprocesses the image information by building layers,blocks and fast guidance methods.Then the SIFT algorithm is improved by using the similarity coefficient and the random sampling consistent algorithm.Finally,the application effect of the improved SIFT algorithm and the photography system is verified.The results show that the improved SIFT algorithm has the highest image matching accuracy of 98.3%in a certain area of Beijing,and the time required is only 17 seconds.In the actual verification of 3D GIS data acquisition and processing,the accuracy rate is 97%,the data acquisition and processing time is 22s and 48s respectively,which has a high operating efficiency and accuracy,providing a method reference for the further improvement and promotion of 3D GIS technology.
