摘要
公立医院增强统战工作是全方位贯彻"四个全面"战略布局的保证,是公立医院党委全面发挥出政治核心作用的前提,是让医院得到长远发展的核心渠道。复旦大学附属儿科医院党委在各项统战工作中,通过构建工作体系,畅通沟通机制,完善培养方案,夯实交友联谊,取得了良好效果。提出不断提高认识和重视程度是做好各项统战工作的前提,与医疗工作相结合是做好医院统战工作的保障,加强党外人士尤其是党外高知群体的培养和使用是做好医院统战工作的关键。在具体实践中则重点落实以下几个方面:以制度建设夯实公立医院统战工作基础,以思政引领推动医院统战人士凝聚共识,以加深沟通交流,发挥出统战人士作用,以积极参政议政和反映群众社情民意来真正推动医院统战事业的发展。
Enhancing the United Front(UF)work in public hospitals is the guarantee for implementing the strategic layout of"four comprehensives",is the premise for the Party committee of public hospitals to play a political core role in all aspects,and is also the core channel for the long-term development of hospitals.The Party Committee of our hospital has achieved good results in the UF work by developing a working system,establishing smooth communication mechanism,optimizing training program,and building strong friendships and connections.The authors propose that increased awareness and attention are the prerequisites for successful UF work;integration with health care practices is a guarantee and strengthening the training and appointment of non-Party members,especially senior non-Party intellectuals is the key to a successful UF work.The following aspects should be emphasized in practice:strengthening UF work in public hospitals via development of systems and pursuing ideological and political guidance to reach consensus and give a full play to the UF personnel,encouraging them to actively participate in political affairs and reflect public opinions,thus truly promoting the development of UF work in hospitals.
