摘要
介绍了某型偏导射流式伺服阀的组成结构和工作原理,针对在生产过程中出现小电流信号下伺服阀输出流量波动较大现象,通过对故障伺服阀的检查分析,找到了流量波动产生的原因,从零件结构尺寸、零组件加工工艺、性能测试方法进行优化改进,通过优化改进提升了伺服阀稳定性。
Structural compositions and working principle of the deflector jet servo-valve are briefly introduced.Through the inspection and analysis of the faulty parts,the reason for flowed fluctuation on small current signal is found.we optimize and improve the size,processing technology and detection method of the part,The problem has been solved,and stability of servo-valve has been improved.
