摘要
聚丙烯餐盒以其高耐热、可微波和耐迁移逐渐成为食品包装餐盒的主要品种,废弃的餐盒经过收集、破碎、清洗和分选后制备阻燃聚丙烯复合材料。本文采用洁净化处理后聚丙烯餐盒与优化配比的阻燃剂(聚磷酸铵:三嗪类成炭剂:协效剂(6:2:1))和新料树脂添加相同比例即可达到V-0(3.0mm),产品的耐热性能与新料改性相当,冷结晶温度从126.95℃降到124.66℃;当配方体系中添加滑石粉为5%时,可以有效吸附餐盒中析出的小分子,提升阻燃性能。
Polypropylene lunch boxes have gradually become the main varieties of food packaging lunch boxes because of their high heat resistance,microwave resistance and migration resistance.Waste lunch boxes are collected,broken,cleaned and sorted to prepare flame retardant polypropylene composites.In this paper,V-0(3.0 mm)can be achieved by adding the cleaned polypropylene lunch box,the optimized flame retardant(ammonium polyphosphate:triazine carbon forming agent:synergistic agent(6:2:1))and new material resin in the same proportion,and the heat resistance of the product is equivalent to that of the new material modification,and the cold crystallization temperature drops from 126.95℃to 124.66℃;When talc powder is added in the formula system at 5%,it can effectively absorb the small molecules precipitated from the lunch box and improve the flame retardant performance.
