摘要
采用9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)为无卤添加型阻燃剂,以聚丙烯(PP)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)为基体树脂,按PP/EVA质量比4∶1进行混炼、热压,制备了阻燃PP/EVA/DOPO复合材料,研究了DOPO用量对PP/EVA/DOPO阻燃性能、热性能、力学性能及加工性能的影响。结果表明:与未添加DOPO的PP/EVA相比,随着DOPO用量的增加,PP/EVA/DOPO的阻燃性能不断提高,热稳性有所提高,弯曲强度也有所提高,但拉伸强度和冲击强度有所下降;当DOPO质量分数为10%时,PP/EVA/DOPO极限氧指数由16.8%提高到22.6%,垂直燃烧性能达到V-2级别,最大热失重速率所对应的温度提高了20℃以上,熔体流动指数大幅提高达每10 min 7.795 g,加工流动性能明显改善。
A flame-retardant polypropylene/ethylene vinyl acetate/9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (PP/EVA/DOPO) composite was prepared by mixing and hot pressing DOPO as halogen-free flame retardant and PP and EVA as resin matrix at the mass ratio of 4:1.The effects of the DOPO amount on the flame retardance , thermal property , mechanical properties and processing properties of PP/EVA/DOPO composite were studied .The results showed that as compared with PP/EVA composite with no DOPO , the flame retardance of PP/EVA/DOPO composite was gradually increased , the bending strength was increased in some degree , but the tensile strength and impact strength were decreased as the DOPO amount was increased ; the limiting oxygen index of PP/EVA/DOPO composite was increased from 16.8% to 22.6% and the vertical flammability reached grade V-2, the temperature corresponding to the maximum thermogravimetric rate was increased by more than 20℃, and the melt flow index was increased to 7.795 g(10 min), and the processing flowability was profoundly improved as the mass fraction of DOPO was 10%.
