摘要
目的:对围绝经期患者进行临床护理干预,随后对其睡眠质量及心理状态进行分析。方法:选取2018年1月至2018年12月五莲县人民医院收治的围绝经期患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采用临床护理干预措施,比较2组睡眠质量及心理状态。结果:对照组和观察组护理前后生命质量比较,观察组整体状况较为优良。结论:对围绝经期患者进行临床护理干预后,其睡眠质量水平与心理健康水平得到了显著改善。
Objective:To carry out clinical nursing intervention on perimenopausal patients,and then analyze the effect of sleep quality and mental state.Methods:A total of 60 perimenopausal patients admitted to Wulian County People′s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by using random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopts conventional nursing methods,and the observation group adopts clinical nursing intervention measures to compare the sleep quality and mental state of the two groups.Results:By comparing the quality of life of the control group and the observation group before and after nursing,the overall condition of the observation group was better.Conclusion:The sleep quality and mental health of perimenopausal patients have been significantly improved after clinical nursing intervention.
