摘要
阐述了桐庐红茶的人文历史,分析了桐庐红茶产业发展现状,查摆存在的主要问题及发展优势,提出了抓品牌培育,引导正确定位,推进有序发展;抓基础发展,建设生态茶园,确保原料优质;抓机械强农,实行“机器换人”,促节本增效;抓主体培育,加大红茶宣传,拓宽销售渠道;抓三产融合,发展新型业态,延长茶产业链等5方面的措施,有助于红茶产业做强做大,促茶产业的提升。
This paper expounds the Tonglu black tea cultural history and analyses the present situation,main problems and advantages of Tonglu tea industry.Measures to cultivate brand and guide industrial orientation were proposed by grasping the basic development,constructing ecological tea garden,lifting raw material quality,practicing the"machine substituting labor",reducing cost,protecting key enterprises,strengthening publicity of black tea,broadening sale channels,developing the tertiary industry new marketing models,and extending the tea industry chain,so as to expand and strengthen the tea industry.
