电动车辆控制参数自动优化标定系统的研究及验证

摘要 为解决电动车辆控制参数依靠人工经验选取、优化模型缺少验证的问题,首先利用正交试验选取对综合评价指标影响较大的控制参数;其次利用Isight、dSPACE等工具,开发出自动优化标定系统仿真平台。通过优化算法自动选取参数及结果分析。最后利用台架对优化模型进行验证。仿真结果表明:优化后综合评价指标提高了19.74%,整车节油率达11.95%,动力性等各项指标均有提高。试验结果与仿真结果接近表明了该自动优化标定仿真系统的正确性。 In order to solve the problems that the control parameters of electric vehicles depended on manual experience and lack of validation for optimization models,firstly,three calibration parameters which had great influences on a comprehensive evaluation index were selected by orthogonal test,secondly,the platform of automatic optimization and calibration system for electric vehicles was developed by Isight,dSPACE,and other tools.An optimization algorithm was used to select parameters and analyze the results automatically.Finally,the optimization model was verified by a bench test.The simulation results show that the comprehensive evaluation index is improved 19.74%,the fuel saving rate is improved 11.95%,and all indexes of power performance are improved after optimization significantly.The simulation results are close to the test ones,which shows the correctness of the proposed automatic optimization calibration simulation system.
