摘要
针对各级对战斗力生成要素发展情况的分析需求,引入了一种改进雷达图综合评价法,可用于对同类部队战斗力评估结论进行二次分析应用。应用结果表明,可为各级机关和部队战斗力生成要素发展均衡性、优势性横向比较提供有效方法。
An improved radar chart evaluation forces elements for generating combat abilities. The method is introduced to m evaluation can be used to eet the requirements of the analyze the combat abilities of forces of the same kind. The result proves that it is an effective method to compare the proportionality and advantage of elements for generating combat abilities
