臭氧联合胶原酶注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察臭氧联合胶原酶注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的效果。方法:选取60例LDH患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各30例。对照组采用胶原酶注射治疗,研究组采用臭氧联合胶原酶注射治疗,比较两组治疗优良率、疼痛评分、椎间盘突出指数(IDH)水平和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗优良率为93.33%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1、3、6个月时,研究组视觉模拟评分和IDH水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:臭氧联合胶原酶注射治疗LDH患者可提高治疗优良率,降低疼痛评分和IDH水平,其效果优于单纯胶原酶注射治疗。 Objective:To observe effects of ozone combined with collagenase injection in treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:60 patients with LDH were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with collagenase injection,while the study group was treated with ozone combined with collagenase injection.The treatment excellent and good rate,the pain score,the intervertebral disc herniation index(IDH)level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment excellent and good rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1,3,and 6 months after the surgery,the visual analog scores and IDH levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Ozone combined with collagenase injection in the treatment of the LDH patients can increase the treatment excellent and good rate,and reduce the pain score and IDH level.Moreover,it is superior to single collagenase injection therapy.
