摘要 随着精细农业的发展,精密播种对农作物生产质量和产量的影响也越来越大。传统机械式播种机在播种过程中存在漏播、播种株距不均匀及作业工况不可视等诸多问题,严重影响了播种作业的质量和农作物产量。为解决这一难题,引入IoT物联网技术,通过智能传感、无线通信和自动控制等先进技术,对智能播种机的控制功能进行优化设计。在深入研究分析IoT物联网体系结构的基础上,完成了智能播种机控制功能需求分析,对智能播种机控制系统的总体方案进行研究,完成了播种机控制系统的硬件及软件运行流程优化设计。最后,对智能播种机的控制功能进行试验,结果表明:基于IoT技术的智能播种机具有稳定全面的自动控制功能,能够对播种机的运行参数进行精确控制,且可对播种机的运行工况进行远程监控,具有较大的推广价值。 With the development of precision agriculture, precision sowing has an increasing impact on crop production quality and yield. The traditional mechanical planter has many problems such as missed sowing, uneven plant spacing and invisible operating conditions during the sowing process, which seriously affects the quality of sowing operations and crop yields. In order to solve this problem, this article introduces the IoT technology. Through advanced technologies such as smart sensing, wireless communication and automatic control, the control function of the intelligent seeder is optimized and designed based on in-depth research and analysis of the IoT architecture, completed the analysis of the requirements of the intelligent planter control function, studied the overall plan of the intelligent planter control system, and designed the control function structure of the planter, completed the software operation process optimization design of the planter control system, and finally carried out the control function of the intelligent planter was tested, and the test proved that the intelligent planter based on IoT technology has a stable and comprehensive automatic control function, which can accurately control the operating parameters of the planter, and can remotely monitor the operating conditions of the planter, Has a certain research significance for the realization of precision sowing and the development of precision agriculture, and has greater value in promotion.
