摘要
本文采用超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱仪(UPLC-MS/MS)测定蒸馏酒中非法添加的对乙酰氨基酚、水杨酸、咖啡因的含量。采用ZORBAX RRHD SB-C_(18)(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱、三重四极杆串联质谱检测器、电喷雾正负离子模式(ESI+、ESI-)进行多反应监测(MRM)和扫描。结果表明:该方法的线性回归方程相关系数>0.999,精密度<5%,平均回收率为94.7%~105%,对乙酰氨基酚、水杨酸、咖啡因的定量限均为0.2 mg·kg^(-1)。该方法前处理简单、准确度和灵敏度高、数据重现性好,适合于检测蒸馏酒中非法添加的对乙酰氨基酚、水杨酸、咖啡因。
In this paper,ultra high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer(UPLC-MS/MS)was used to determine the content of acetaminophen,salicylic acid and caffeine illegally added in distilled spirits.ZORBAX RRHD SB-C_(18)(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)chromatographic column,triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry detector,electrospray positive and negative ion mode(ESI+,ESI-)were used for multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)and scanning.The method of linear regression equation correlation coefficient>0.999,precision<5%,the average recovery rate of this method is 94.7%~105%,and the quantification limits of acetaminophen,salicylic acid and caffeine are all 0.2 mg·kg^(-1).The method has simple pre-processing,high accuracy and sensitivity,good data reproducibility,and is suitable for detecting acetaminophen,salicylic acid and caffeine illegally added in distilled spirits.
