摘要
乳制品行业是以养殖业为基础,乳品加工业为核心的产业。乳制品行业的发展对繁荣乡村产业、促进农民增收、提高人们的生活质量至关重要。基于定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法,回顾了近几年来我国乳制品行业的发展概况。整个行业在经济、产量等维度都已形成比较稳定的生产布局。但乳制品行业实现高质量发展,仍存在奶源供给不足、乳制品加工核心技术掌握不全面、管理体系建设有待提高等问题。基于此种情况,本文从加快建立养殖和加工企业形成联合体,完善奶源基地保障体系、乳品企业加大科研投入,提升管理水平,推动品牌建设以及乳制品行业实现绿色低碳发展等3个方面,提出高质量发展的路径。
The dairy industry is based on the aquaculture industry and the dairy processing industry as the core industry.The development of dairy industry is very important to prosper rural industry,increase farmers’income and improve people’s quality of life.Based on the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the development of dairy industry in China in recent years were reviewed.The whole industry had formed a relatively stable production layout in the dimensions of economy,output and so on.However,in order to achieve high-quality development of the dairy industry,there were still some problems,such as insufficient supply of milk,incomplete mastery of the core technology of dairy processing,and the construction of management system needs to be improved.Based on this situation,this article starts from accelerating the establishment of breeding and processing enterprises to form a consortium,improving the milk source base security system,dairy companies increasing investment in scientific research,improving management levels,promoting brand building,and achieving green and low-carbon development in the dairy industry,putting forward the path of high-quality development.
