摘要
金针菇是一种药食同源真菌,多糖是其主要的生物活性成分之一,具有多种显著的生物活性功能,研究金针菇多糖的生物活性,对金针菇多糖的开发应用具有重要的现实意义。以近年来国内发表的文献为依据,梳理概述了金针菇多糖的生物活性研究进展,展望了金针菇多糖生物活性未来可能的研究方向,旨在为金针菇多糖的开发应用及其生物活性的研究提供依据和参考。
Flammulina velutipes is a kind of medicinal and edible fungi,polysaccharides is one of the main biologically active components of F.velutipes,which has a variety of significant biological activities.The research on the biological activity of F.velutipes polysaccharide has important practical significance.Based on the domestic literatures published in recent years,the research progress on the biological activities of F.velutipes polysaccharide were summarized,and the possible future research directions of the biological activity of F.velutipes polysaccharide were prospected,which provided the references for the development and application of F.velutipes polysaccharide and further research on its biological activities.
