摘要
综述金针菇保护肝脏、抗肿瘤、免疫调节和增强学习记忆等方面的生物活性。简要总结金针菇多糖的提取工艺,包括超声提取工艺、酶法提取工艺和微波协同酶法提取工艺。展望金针菇多糖今后的研究方向。
This paper summarized the biological activities of Flammulina velutipes polysaccharides(FVP), such as hepatoprotective effect, anti-tumor effect, immune regulation effect and learning and memory improvement et. The extraction technologies of FVP were reviewed, and the future research direction was also discussed.
