摘要
以细胞生物学课程的细胞质基质与内膜系统一章为例,设置细胞质基质高度有序体系、内质网——蛋白质的合成场所、溶酶体的标志性酶3个项目,从项目设置、项目实施和考核评价等方面探讨如何通过项目式教学提高学生的学习水平和综合素质.经过一轮课程的项目式教学发现,学生的个人测试成绩优于传统教学方式的成绩.
Taking the course of cytoplasmic matrix and endomembrane system in cell biology as an example,three projects were set up,cytoplasmic matrix a highly ordered system,endoplasmic reticulum the place of protein synthesis,and the typical enzymeoflysosome.From the project setting,the project carrying out,the examination and evaluation,discuss how to improve the studentlearning level and comprehensive quality by project-based teaching.After a course of project-based teaching,the individual test scores of students were found to be better than those of traditional teaching.
