摘要
应用亲水性色谱法,建立了大黄鱼中ATP、ADP、AMP、IMP、HxR和Hx 6种关联物质的检测方法。以亲水性色谱柱BEH Amide为分析柱,2.0 mmol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾-乙腈为流动相,紫外检测进行定量分析。6种物质的方法检出限为0.1~0.4 mg·L^(-1),回收率为90.2%~106.3%。
A method for the determination of ATP, ADP, AMP, IMP, HxR and Hx in Pseudosciaena crocea was established by hydrophilic chromatography. The hydrophilic chromatographic column BEH-Amide was used as the analytical column and 2.0 mmol·L^(-1)potassium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile was used as the mobile phase for quantitative analysis by UV detection.The detection limit of the six substances is 0.1~ 0.4 mg·L^(-1), and the recovery rate is 90.2%~ 106.3%.
