摘要
为提升旅客出行的便捷性和满意度,提高铁路与轨道交通的换乘效率,对换乘站安检互认可行性展开研究.提出了基于车站及其所属运输方式的安全等级评价方法,构建安全等级的评价指标体系,选取可变模糊综合评价法,构建了基于可变模糊集理论的安全等级评价模型.以大连北站与地铁大连北站站为例,进行实例验证,得出大连北站的安全等级高于地铁大连北站站,可单方向免检进入轨道交通车站乘车的结论.通过安全等级评价,可以判断铁路与城市轨道交通换乘站安检互认条件,为实施安检互认提供借鉴.
In order to increase the convenience and satisfaction of passengers and improve the efficiency of passenger transfer between railway and urban rail transit, the feasibility of mutual recognition of security check at transfer stations is studied. a safety level evaluation method is proposed based on the station and its transportation mode, constructs an evaluation index system for safety level, and a safety level evaluation model is established based on the variable fuzzy set theory. Taking Dalian North Station and Metro Dalian North Station as an example, a case study is carried out. It is concluded that the safety level of Dalian North Station is higher than that of Metro Dalian North Station, and it is possible to enter the metro station without security check in one direction. Through the safety level evaluation, the conditions for mutual recognition of security check at transfer stations between railway and urban rail transit can be judged, which provides reference for the implementation of mutual recognition of security check.
