摘要
给出模糊可变集合定义的两种表示形式,提出可变模糊方法。用图示形式证明了可拓学论著中以“距”与“位值”概念为基础的、关联函数基本公式的错误,从理论与应用两个方面,指出其不能用于水文、水资源与水电能源等工程领域。
The paper presents two expressive forms of variable fuzzy sets definition, and proposes variable fuzzy method. These two forms are kernel of variable fuzzy sets theory and mathematical base of fuzzy hydrology and water resources;they can be used for different fields. From theory and applicationthe author also uses illustrationto verify mistakes of basic formula of extension dependent function which taking concepts of 'distance'and 'location values'as foundation, and points out that it can not be applied in engineering fields of hydrology, water resources and hydropower.
