摘要
我国的住房保障在实现基本保障应保尽保以后,进入了以保障性租赁住房为重点的发展阶段。本文在对保障性租赁住房供需两端的新特点、新变化进行分析的基础上,研究这些变化给发展保障性租赁住房带来的挑战,并就如何化解这些挑战提出对策建议。
After realizing the basic security,indemnificatory housing has entered a new development stage dominated by indemnificatory rental housing.Based on the analysis of the new characteristics and changes of the supply and demand sides of indemnificatory rental housing,the paper discusses the challenges brought by these changes,and puts forward the solutions to dissolve these challenges.
