克林霉素耐药型金黄色葡萄球菌耐药基因与生物膜形成能力分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析克林霉素耐药型金黄色葡萄球菌耐药基因与生物膜的形成能力的关系。方法收集重庆市沙坪坝区人民医院2019年9月至2020年9月分离的克林霉素耐药型金黄色葡萄球菌36株,应用聚合酶链反应检测erm耐药基因,结晶紫染色法检测生物膜形成能力,并比较生物膜在不同基因型的分布情况。结果36株克林霉素耐药型金黄色葡萄球菌均能形成生物膜,ermA在cMLSB型中的表达显著高于iMLSB型中的表达(P=0.004),而ermC在iMLSB型中的显著高于cMLSB型中的表达(P=0.012)。进一步分析耐药基因与生物膜阳性数量关系发现,存在ermA耐药基因的菌株中生物膜阳性数量显著高于无ermA耐药基因携带组(P=0.024)。结论生物膜在ermA基因阳性菌株中形成能力较强,ermA耐药基因与生物膜表达显著相关,在临床检验工作中应重点关注此类菌株对疾病感染的影响。 Objective To analyze the biofilm forming ability and drug resistance genes of clindamycinresistant staphylococcus aureus.Methods 36 strains of clindamycin-resistant staphylococcus aureus isolated from department of clinical laboratory in People's Hospital of Shapingba District of Chongqing were collected from September,2019 to September,2020.Compare with the distribution of biofilm in different genotypes after detected the drug resistant gene of macrolide-lincosamide-streptogramin B(MLS)by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and the biofilm forming ability by staining with crystal violet.Results All have the biofilmforming ability.The expression of ermA in the type of cMLSB significantly higher than iMLSB(P=0.004),whereas the expression of ermC in the type of iMLSB significantly higher than cMLSB(P=0.012).Further analyzing the relationship between resistance genes and the number of positive biofilm showed the strains of ermA positive had stronger biofilm forming ability than the negative's(P=0.024).Conclusion There is a stronger biofilm forming ability in ermA positive and there is a significant correlation between drug resistance gene and the expression of biofilm,we should focus on the influence of this kind of strains on disease infection in clinical laboratory work.
