摘要
目的观察谷红注射液联合甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者神经传导功能及C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法选择2019年9月至2020年9月渭南市第二医院内分泌科住院部收治的70例DPN患者为研究对象,运用随机数字表法按1∶1的比例将患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组予以甲钴胺片治疗,治疗组在此基础上予以谷红注射液治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、神经传导功能、C反应蛋白水平、中性粒细胞百分比及氧化应激反应指标水平。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组腓总神经与正中神经的MCV、SCV均提高,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的C反应蛋白水平和中性粒细胞百分比均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的SOD、T-AOC水平均升高,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲钴胺联合谷红注射液治疗DPN患者的临床效果显著,可提高患者的MCV、SCV,下调炎症反应指标水平,改善氧化应激反应指标水平,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of Guhong injection combined with mecobalamin on nerve conduction function and C-reactive protein level in diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)patients.Methods A total of 70 DPN patients treated in the inpatient department of endocrinology department of the second hospital of Weinan from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group at the ratio of 1∶1 by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mecobalamin tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Guhong injection on this basis.The clinical efficacy,nerve conduction function,C-reactive protein level,percentage of neutrophils and levels of oxidative stress reaction indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MCV and SCV of common peroneal nerve and median nerve in the two groups increased,and those in the treatment group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the C-reactive protein level and the percentage of neutrophils in the two groups decreased,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SOD and T-AOC in the two groups increased,and those in the treatment group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mecobalamin combined with Guhong injection in the treatment of DPN patients has significant clinical effect.It can improves the MCV and SCV of patients,downregulates the level of inflammatory reaction index,and improves the levels of oxidative stress reaction indexes,which is worthy of promotion.
