摘要
目的分析冠心病心绞痛伴血脂异常患者接受曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙片的效果。方法随机抽取2019年5月至2020年5月接诊的300例冠心病心绞痛伴血脂异常患者,按照计算机排序分为两组,各150例。其中,对照组采用曲美他嗪治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合应用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,对比两组疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组低密度脂蛋白高于对照组,三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组心绞痛发作时间较对照组短,发作频率较对照组低,生活质量评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛伴血脂异常患者接受曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙片的疗效显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablet in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris with dyslipidemia.Methods In this study,300 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris and dyslipidemia admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups according to computer sequencing,with 150 patients in each group.Among them,the trimetazidine treatment group as the reference group,combined with the application of atorvastatin calcium tablet treatment group as the study group,compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in triglycerides,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the low-density lipoprotein of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the glycerol triester,total cholesterol,and highdensity lipoprotein were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time of angina pectoris in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the onset frequency was lower than that in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris with dyslipidemia combined with trimetazidine,atorvastatin calcium tablets has a significant effect and is suitable for application.
