基于砂质轻质土壤的根茎收获机研究设计

摘要 针对我国根茎作物种植和收获机械现状,设计出一种基于砂质轻质土壤根茎收获机。生产试验和性能测试表明:装置作业质量和性能指标参数符合设计要求,具有田间作业中成型切削、抬升土壤、快速摔落和疏松土壤、自然覆土和人工采取根茎等农艺功能。试验结果表明:该设计解决了同类机具结构庞大、传动和震动机构复杂、适应区域性差、对土壤扰动较大等问题,提高了作物收获效率和质量,性能稳定,可靠性高,作业成本低,结构简单,易于制造,具有较好推广应用价值。 According to the current situation of planting and harvesting machinery of rhizomatic crops in China,a Rhizomatic Harvester based on sandy light soil was designed through comparison,research,design and experiment.Through production test and performance test,the working quality and performance parameters of the design device accord with the design indexes.It has the advantages of shaping cutting,lifting soil,falling and loosening soil quickly in field work,natural soil covering and artificial roots and stems.The experimental data show that the design solves the problems of the similar machines and tools,such as the huge structure,the complex transmission and vibration mechanism,the poor adaptability to the region,the large disturbance to the soil,the functional improvement of crop harvest efficiency and quality,and the stable performance,the utility model has the advantages of high reliability,low operation cost,simple structure,easy manufacture and good popularization and application value.
