摘要
研究不同吸附水含量的白炭黑对溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)/天然橡胶(NR)并用胶的硫化特性、物理性能和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用密炼机进行两段混炼工艺,白炭黑的吸附水含量低于9%时,SSBR/NR并用胶的综合性能变化不大;白炭黑的吸附水含量为9%时,SSBR/NR并用胶的综合性能最佳,门尼粘度和邵尔A型硬度最小,60℃时的损耗因子最小;白炭黑的吸附水含量高于9%时,SSBR/NR并用胶的综合性能变差,门尼粘度和邵尔A型硬度增大,低应变下的定伸应力增大,60℃时的损耗因子增大。
The effects of silica with different adsorbed water content on the vulcanization characteristics,physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR)/natural rubber(NR) blends were studied. The results showed that,with a two-stage mixing process by using an internal mixer,when the adsorbed water content of silica was lower than 9%,the overall properties of the SSBR/NR blend did not change much with the adsorbed water content. When the adsorbed water content of silica reached 9%,the comprehensive properties of SSBR/NR blend were the best,the Mooney viscosity and shore A hardness were the smallest,and the loss factor at 60 ℃ was the lowest. When the adsorbed water content of silica was higher than 9%,the comprehensive properties of the SSBR/NR blend declined,the Mooney viscosity and shore A hardness increased,the modulus under low strain increased,and the loss factor at 60 ℃ increased.
