摘要
以Si69为改性剂,无水乙醇为溶剂,设计正交试验,对沉淀法白炭黑粉体进行有机湿法改性,探究实验最佳工艺。采用X射线衍射、傅里叶红外光谱、热失重分析仪、接触角仪、纳米粒度及Zeta电位仪、扫描电镜等对改性前后白炭黑的结构形貌及其性能进行表征,主要考察了Si69改性剂对沉淀法白炭黑的疏水性及分散性的影响。结果表明:实验的最佳工艺为反应温度55℃,反应时间4 h,p H值为7。当Si69用量为0.375 g时,改性白炭黑的分散性最好。改性后的白炭黑仍为无定形态,物相结构没有变化;改性过后的白炭黑其表面羟基数减小,疏水性增强,接触角由改性前的9°增大到97°;改性使白炭黑表面极性减弱,粒径分布变窄,降低了颗粒团聚程度,分散性得到明显提高。
To explore the optimum,conducting organic wet modification for silica powder which was gained in the method of precipitation by the orthogonal test design with Si69 as modifier,absolute ethyl alcohol as solvent. The structure morphology and property of silica before and after modification were characterized by X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared analysis,thermogravimetry,contact angle instrument,nano particle and Zeta potentiometer,and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of Si69 on hydrophobicity and dispersity of silica were mainly studied. The results show that the experiment has an optimum that reaction temperature is 55 ℃,time 4 h when the value of p H is 7. At the same time,the dispersity of the modified silica reaches the best as the dosage of silica is 0. 375 g. However,the modification silica is still noncrystalline,its phase structure has no change. In addtion,the results indicate that the number of modified silica surface hydroxyl decreases,hydrophobic performance got enhancement with the range of contact angle from 9° to 97°; It turnes out that surface polarity of silica was weakend through modification,the size of partical distribution decreases. Meanwhile,the extent of partical reunion phenomenon reduce,but the dispersity significantly improved.
