消极互惠:心理契约违背对商业模式创新的影响机理研究——一个有调节的中介模型 被引量:1

摘要 创新者的心理契约对其在组织中的创新行为起到重要的影响作用,但对心理契约违背如何影响商业模式创新还缺乏深入的探究。论文从消极认知的视角出发,以社会交换理论、马斯洛需求层次理论及认知失调理论为基础,运用结构方程模型与Bootstrap相结合的方法,探讨了心理契约违背对商业模式创新的作用路径,重点分析了自我实现破坏的中介作用以及职场排斥对这一中介路径的调节作用。研究结果表明:(1)心理契约违背对商业模式创新的直接作用不显著;(2)自我实现破坏分别在交易契约违背、发展契约违背、关系契约违背与商业模式创新的关系中起到完全中介作用;(3)职场排斥在自我实现破坏与商业模式创新间的关系中起到调节作用;(4)职场排斥在心理契约违背、自我实现破坏与商业模式创新的中介关系中起到调节作用。在此基础上,研究提出了相关建议。 In the process of business model innovation, the cognitive psychology of innovators is directly related to their innovative intentions and behaviors. Social exchange theory exhibits that there are reciprocal relationships, positive or negative, between innovators and organizations. While a positive reciprocity refers to a match between organizational rewards and individual contributions, which promotes innovators to form a psychological contract and actively engage in business model innovation activities, a negative reciprocity arises when organizations fail to fulfill their commitment, which leads to psychological contract violation of innovators and results in negative attitudes and behaviors that may hinder the process of business model innovation. Although not much research has been done by now, it is interesting to explore the effects of innovators′ psychological contract violation on business model innovation. On the other hand, while most effort has been on the positive factors in the research on business model innovation, it is necessary to study not only positive, but also negative influencing factors to effectively analyze and guide the influencing factors of business model innovation. Relevant research in psychology states that negative emotions could have a greater impact on innovators than positive emotions. Therefore, it is important to explore the effects of psychological contract violation on business model innovation.In this work we shall explore, from the perspective of negative cognition, the impact of psychological contract violation(including transaction contract violation, development contract violation, and relationship contract violation) on business model innovation, and introduces self-actualization destruction as a mediator variable and workplace ostracism as a moderator variable. First of all, a structural equation model is used to verify the direct effect of psychological contract violation on business model innovation and the mediating role of self-actualization destruction.
