摘要
目的:调查后疫情时代下社区老人对突发急性传染病防护的认知情况,为构建精准的防疫教育体系提供参考依据。方法:采用分层抽样法抽取河南省社区老年人进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:共得到783份有效问卷。社区老人对突发急性传染病防护的认知总得分为(85.62±8.17),平均得分为(3.42±0.33),各维度平均得分为居家防护知识(3.30±0.34)、公共场所防护(3.68±0.35)、交通出行防护(3.51±0.42)。多重线性回归分析结果显示性别、居住地、文化程度、年龄、家中是否有人从事医护工作是影响社区老人突发急性传染病防护认知的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:社区老人对突发急性传染病防护知识与技能的认知情况有待提高,有必要构建趣味性、交互性、全周期及医护多元参与的防疫教育体系。
Objective:To investigate the cognition status of emerging infectious disease protection among older adults in community in the post-epidemic era,so as to provide references for establishing a precise epidemic prevention education system.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among older adults in community in Henan province by using stratified sampling method,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:A total of 783 valid questionnaires were obtained.The total score of cognition of emerging infectious disease protection among older adults in community was(85.62±8.17),and the average score was(3.42±0.33).The average scores of each dimension were home protection knowledge(3.30±0.34),public place protection(3.68±0.35)and transportation protection(3.51±0.42).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,residence,educational level,age and whether someone in the family was engaged in medical care were the main factors affecting cognition of emerging infectious disease protection among older adults in community(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cognition status of knowledge and skills of emerging infectious disease protection among older adults in community needs to be improved.It is necessary to construct a fun,interactive,full-cycle and diverse medical and nursing education system for epidemic prevention.
