摘要
近年在创新创业教育大潮下高等院校经管类创新创业比赛日益增加,大学生参加该类比赛可以培养学生的自主学习能力、增强学生的创新创业意识、提升学生的综合素养,但也面临缺少系统规范的比赛训练体系、指导教师的积极性没有充分调动、参赛物质保障不足、学生过度看重比赛成绩、参赛项目成果转化率不高等诸多问题,为此院校在组织学生参加比赛的过程中要注重完善赛训一体化机制、强化指导教师队伍建设、加大比赛物质保障力度,引导学生树立正确的成败观,推动比赛的项目孵化,让学生能够真正通过比赛全面提升实践动手能力、创新创业能力,提升专业综合素养。
In recent years,under the tide of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the economic and management innovation and entrepreneurship competitions in colleges and universities are increasing day by day.College students participating in such competitions can cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability,enhance students’ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,and improve students’ comprehensive quality.However,they are also faced with the lack of systematic and standardized competition training system,insufficient mobilization of instructors’ enthusiasm,insufficient material guarantee for participation Students pay too much attention to the competition results and the low conversion rate of the results of the participating projects.Therefore,in the process of organizing students to participate in the competition,colleges and universities should pay attention to improving the competition and training integration mechanism,strengthening the construction of instructors,strengthening the material guarantee of the competition,guiding students to establish a correct concept of success or failure,and promote the project incubation of the competition,so that students can really comprehensively improve their practical ability,innovation and entrepreneurship ability and professional comprehensive quality through the competition.
