摘要
针对战车电源三相交流转高压的用电控制需求,力求搭建可维护、易拓展、通用化的控制系统架构,通过使用高性能芯片作为主控制器,设计了一种战车电源转换控制系统。控制系统按照功能进行划分,研制了硬件模块和软件程序,硬件模块主要包括三相交流输入控制模块、高压输出控制模块等,其中核心电路设计包括控制驱动电路设计、电能计量电路设计及通讯电路设计;软件采用STM32CubeIDE对控制程序进行软件开发,其中人机交互模块作为主控模块,与其他模块之间以CAN通讯进行信息交互,设计了模块间通讯报文规则,优化控制反馈需求。实物通过实验及交付应用,证明所研制的电源转换控制系统可控制三相交流输入高压直流输出,具有高精度反馈三相交流输入及高压输出状态等一系列功能。
According to the power control requirements of three-phase AC to high voltage of combat vehicle power supply,we strove to build a maintainable,easily to expand and universal control system architecture.A combat vehicle power conversion control system was designed by using high-performance chip as the main controller.The control system was divided according to the function,and the hardware module and software program were developed.The hardware module mainly includes three-phase AC input control module and high-voltage output control module.The core circuit design includes control drive circuit design,electric energy metering circuit design and communication circuit design;The software used STM32CUBEIDE to develop the control program,in which the human-computer interaction module was used as the main control module to interact with other modules through CAN communication,and the communication message rules between modules were designed to optimize the control feedback requirements.The developed power conversion control system which was verified by experiment and delivery application realizes a series of functions,such as three-phase AC input,high-voltage DC output control,high-precision feedback of three-phase AC input and high-voltage output state and so on.
