摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法化学合成了炭气凝胶(Carbon aerogel,CA),在此基础上采用盐酸羟胺还原法制备了炭气凝胶-纳米金纳米复合材料(Carbon aerogels-gold nanoparticles nanocomposites,CA-Au),并制备了Cs/Hb/CA-Au/GCE,对H;O;进行定量分析。结果显示,CA-Au具有良好的导电性和生物相容性,H;O;浓度与峰电流差△Ip在2~1800 μmol/L范围内呈线性关系,Y=0.0596X+0.1268(Y代表峰电流差,X代表H;O;浓度),R;=0.9993,检出限为0.783 μmol/L(S/N=3),加标回收率为97.89%~105.36%,精密度较高。且Cs/Hb/CA-Au/GCE稳定性较好,14 d后,峰电流仍可达到89.08%。Cs/Hb/CA-Au/GCE传感器制作简单、操作便捷,为过氧化氢的检测提供了一种新的方案。
Carbon aerogels(CA) were synthesized by sol-gel method,carbon aerogel-gold nanocomposites(CA-Au) were prepared by hydroxylamine hydrochloride reduction method based on CA,and Cs/Hb/CA-Au/GCE sensors were prepared for the quantitative analysis of H;O;.The results show that CA-Au has a good conductivity and biocompatibility.There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of H;O;and peak current difference △Ip in the range of 2~1800 μmol/L,Y=0.0596X+0.1268 (Y stand for peak current difference,X stand for H;O;concentration) R;=0.9993,the detection limit was 0.783 μmol/L (S/N=3),the detection limit was low and the sensitivity was high.The recoveries ranged from 97.89% to 105.36% and the precision was high.And Cs/Hb/CA-Au/GCE has good stability,after 14 days,the peak current can still reach 89.08%.The Cs/Hb/CA-Au/GCE sensor was simple to be made and easy to be operated,which provides a new scheme for the detection of hydrogen peroxide.
